Second House operates the marketing site at second-houses.com and a property management application for owners. If you need to reach us about your data, write to privacy@second-houses.com or use the form at /contact.
2. What we collect
- Booking inquiries: name, email, phone, dates, guest count, special requests.
- Property listing inquiries: name, email, phone, property location, type, bedroom count.
- Concierge chat (Elena): the messages you send. Used to answer your question and improve future responses.
- Site analytics: standard request logs (IP, user-agent, referrer) handled by our hosting provider, Vercel.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a stay.
- To match property owners with our managed-service or self-serve platform.
- To improve the experience — typical product analytics, never sold.
4. Where it lives
Form submissions are forwarded by email to our team. Concierge chat messages are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses, per Anthropic’s privacy policy. We do not store chat history server-side.
5. Your rights (GDPR / EU)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@second-houses.com and we will respond within 30 days.
